Rules for visiting a specially protected natural area

For individuals (hereinafter - visitors) when visiting the territory of the nature protection institution, depending on the type of specially protected natural territory (hereinafter-protected areas) and the established legal regime of protection, it is ALLOWED:

1) Mechanized and horse-drawn transport movement on public roads and special roads of excursion routes, on soil forest and field roads of protected areas, Parking in specially equipped places, except sites with the reserved mode of protection;

2) Conducting organized excursions and Hiking tours, previously agreed with the administration of the environmental institution on the established tourist routes and trails, accompanied by guides or guides - inspectors of protected areas;

3) Water moving is just for non-motorized watercraft, in consultation with the administration, environmental institutions;

4) Amateur (sports) fishing.

In the state nature reserves Amateur fishing is carried out in accordance with article 43-1 of the law;

5) Amateur gathering of wild fruits, berries, mushrooms, medicinal herbs, haymaking, firewood and other types of traditional nature management in specially designated areas, except for areas with a protected regime of protection;

6) Carrying out sports and ecological-educational actions, tourist gatherings in coordination with administration of nature protection institution;

7) Professional and Amateur photo and video shooting;

8) Conducting training practices;

9) Collection of herbarium, selection of soil samples for educational purposes, except for areas with conservation regime;

10) Other activities provided for in the PAS passport.

PREVENT:

1) Bonfires, barbecues, hearths for cooking outside specially installed and equipped places!

2) Being on the territory of the state enterprise "Burabay" without a supporting document on payment for the use of protected areas;

3) Exit or travel off public roads or special excursion trails and tourist routes;

4) Parking of motor transport and other mechanical means outside the established places;

5) Parking and washing of vehicles and other mechanical means on the banks of reservoirs, washing dishes, washing clothes, pets bathing;

6) Presence on reservoirs of motor yachts, boats, motor boats, scooters, ATVs, except for the motor swimming means used by the state inspection on protection of "Burabay» SNPP (state national nature Park);

7) Arrangement of Parking lots, installation of tents outside the places established for these purposes;

8) Fishing with nets and other prohibited implements.;

9) Removal of wild animals without permission;

10) Repelling and feeding wild animals;

11) The nests destructions, burrows, lairs and anthills;

12) Cutting down, breaking and damage of trees and bushes, preparation of rods on brooms and brooms for household needs;

13) Destruction and damage of monuments of nature, history, culture and archeology;

14) Collection and digging of wild woody, shrubby, herbaceous plants and medicinal raw materials outside the permitted places of collection;

15) Wild fruits gathering, mushrooms and berries outside designated areas;

16) Breaking and damage of means of visual agitation (stands, panels, full houses, and others), forest management, forestry and land management signs;

17) Inscriptions drawing and drawings on buildings, trees, stones and rocks;

18) Unauthorized grazing, haying, timber harvesting and other illegal forest management;

19) Clogging with household garbage and waste of soil cover.

20) Other activities that violate the natural development and preservation of objects of the state nature reserve fund and natural complexes.
